Description

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Antibody advice

ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 24 kDa band observed in HEK293 lysate (calculated MW of 23.5 kDa according to NP_002349.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 ug/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at approximately 29 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
